What I lead now

  • Leading technical strategy and system architecture decisions for the engineering team.
  • Setting engineering standards and best practices around code quality, scalability, and delivery.
  • Mentoring engineers and guiding cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Driving the design of real-time esports and sports analytics systems — event pipelines, predictive models and the dashboards that read them — against a sub-100ms latency target across 50,000+ events analysed a year.
